Kevin C. Poulin has a great depth of experience gained from more than thirty years as a structural designer. His projects include renovation of existing buildings, design of new buildings, structural peer reviews, condition assessments, and feasibility studies. He is passionate about the restoration and the adaptive reuse of existing buildings as a means to preserve the rich architectural history of New York City. His signature work includes numerous New York City landmarks. He is a past president of the Structural Engineers Association of New York.
