Anthony M. Dolhon, P.E. is a Principal Engineer at Dolhon Forensics in New Jersey, bringing over 40 years of experience in engineering design, construction, investigation, performance evaluation, and rehabilitation of buildings, structures, and infrastructure. He has authored peer-reviewed research and served as an invited panelist and moderator on topics including condition surveys, performance evaluation, construction codes, professional practice, and ethics. Mr. Dolhon has held several leadership positions within the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), including Past Chair of the Executive Committee of the Forensic Engineering Division, Past Chair of the Forensic Engineering Congress, Past Co-Editor of the Congress Proceedings, and Past Chair of the Forensic Practices Committee. He continues to actively contribute to the leadership of the Forensic Engineering Division.
