Andrew Taylor is Technical Director at KPFF Consulting Engineers in Seattle, WA. Dr. Taylor was Chair of ACI Committee 318 – Structural Building Code – during the 2025 code cycle, and was chair of ACI 318 Subcommittee H – Seismic Provisions – during the 2019 code cycle.
