Jennifer Ridd is a Principal and Team Lead at JQ Infrastructure in Dallas, Texas with over 19 years of experience in structural engineering design and project management. Passionate about DEI efforts across the A/E/C industry, Jennifer participated in Zweig Group’s ElevateHER program as a member of the inaugural 2020 cohort as well as an advisor to the 2022 and 2023 cohorts. She has been a voting member of the National Council of Structural Engineering Association’s SE3 Committee since 2018 and is a founder and Co-Chair of the Dallas SE3 committee. She is an advocate for flexible work policies and overcoming the idea that training, mentoring, and managing can only be done in-person.
